Which BI tool do you use?
Power BI by default. Looker Studio or Metabase when cost or your existing stack makes more sense. You own every account and file.
Do we need a data warehouse first?
No. Many clients start from spreadsheets and a few apps. If a warehouse will pay off, we set up a light one as part of the build.
How soon will we see a first dashboard?
Usually in week 3, built on your real data, starting with the report your team argues about most.
Can you fix our existing Power BI reports?
